• “Advertisements” is used to refer to any advertisements and advertisers’ information promoted through SoTelling – including on the SoTelling website, distributed by SoTelling, and available through any SoTelling Content, Communication, and Service.
• “Services” is used to refer to all products and services offered and enabled by SoTelling – including content, communications, information, materials, tools that enable you to share information and materials, networking, and more.

About Our Terms of Service

• These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States.

• SoTelling reserves the right to make changes to this Terms of Service at any time for any reason in its sole discretion, without notice, and all Users, Advertisers, and Third parties will be bound by any changes in this Terms of Service. If changes are made, this page will be updated.
• You acknowledge that this Introduction and the following three sections (Privacy policy, Cookie policy, and User agreement) are all part of our Terms of Service and apply to Your use of SoTelling and all of SoTelling’s Services and any related Services, and by accessing or using SoTelling, you agree to be bound by all of its terms and conditions. Communication from SoTelling

• We’re excited to share with you updates and other information about SoTelling, and may, from time to time, send you communication regarding SoTelling.
• If you indicated upon registration that you are interested in receiving additional information from us, including SoTelling services, offers, affiliates, partners, and more, we may send you communication that we feel may be of interest to you.
• If you do not want to receive additional information from us, you can easily edit your account information to no longer receive such information.

Your information

• We do not share, sell, trade, or rent your Personally Identifiable Information to others. We do provide some of our services through contractual arrangements with service partners, including affiliates, services providers, partners and other third parties. We and our service partners use your Personally Identifiable Information to operate SoTelling and to deliver their services. For example, we must release your payment information to the payment processing service to confirm payment for services purchased on our site. The use of your Personally Identifiable Information by our service partners is governed by the privacy policies of those service partners, and is not subject to our control.
• Occasionally we may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide Personally Identifiable Information to the appropriate governmental authorities. We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. • We may also provide Non-Personally Identifiable Information about our customers’ sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to partners, third party advertisers, and others, but these statistics do not include any Personally Identifiable Information.
• We believe you should have the ability to access and edit your Personally Identifiable Information that you have provided to us. You can easily edit your Personally Identifiable Information at any time.
• Other sites accessible through our site have their own privacy policies and data collection, use and disclosure practices. Please consult each site’s privacy policy. We are not responsible for the policies or practices of third parties. • You may delete your account deleted at any time. However, because we keep track of past transactions, you may not be able to delete certain information associated with past transactions on this site. In addition, it may be impossible to completely delete your information without some residual information because of backups.

Your information

• At our site you can be assured that your Personally Identifiable Information is secure, consistent with current industry standards. The importance of security for all Personally Identifiable Information associated with our user is of utmost concern to us. Your Personally Identifiable Information is protected in several ways. Access by you to your Personally Identifiable Information is available through a password and username selected by you. This password is encrypted. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. In addition, your Personally Identifiable Information resides on a secure server that only selected SoTelling personnel and contractors have access to via password. We encrypt some of your Personally Identifiable Information to mitigate unauthorized parties from viewing such information when it is transmitted to us.
• In order to most efficiently serve you, your payment transactions are handled by established third party banking, processing agents and distribution institutions. They receive the information needed to verify and authorize your payment and process your order. We do , not store your credit card information.
• Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100%% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your Personally Identifiable Information, you acknowledge that: (a) there are security and privacy limitations of the Internet which are beyond our control; (b) the security, integrity and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us through this site cannot be guaranteed; and (c) any such information and data may be viewed or tampered with in transit by a third party.

This information is ultimately stored in the form of store categories, and, in some cases, specific URLs. We use your IP address to diagnose problems with our servers, software, to administer our site and to gather demographic information. Our third parties may also provide us with summary.

• We created SoTelling to help creators develop their skills.
• Our aims:
  1. We aim to ensure all users give and receive timely feedback. However we do not guarantee it.
  2. We aim to ensure all users obtain feedback that is reliable and helpful. However we do not guarantee it.
  3. We aim to ensure all users get professional feedback within three business days. However we do not guarantee it.
• We enable users to interact. We do not represent users, we are not their employer, we are not an agent, agency, marketing company, advertising agency, employment service, match-making service, and so on.

• Joining SoTelling is 100% free.
• Displaying your work is 100% free.
• Sharing your displayed work is 100% free.
• Exchanging feedback, content, and communication with peers is 100% free.
• Receiving feedback from professional experts is optional and costs the amount shown on our website.
• Professional feedback will begin when your payment is received by us. If your payment reverts, the professional feedback will be halted.
• Feedback from professional experts is refundable if SoTelling deems, in our sole discretion, that it is unhelpful after giving the professional expert three attempts to provide helpful feedback.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and avoid unlawful conduct – including but not limited to unauthorized access of SoTelling, harassing or threatening any user, communicating with users in any inappropriate way, posting or sending spam, introducing a computer virus or malware, misrepresenting yourself or other users, and more.
• You may link to any page on SoTelling as long as you have appropriate access to it, your message and representation of it is accurate and appropriate, and you do so without disparaging SoTelling in any way.
• We may disclose personal information when required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law or comply with a legal process served on our website.
• SoTelling may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites.
• We do not routinely check content and communication from users, advertisers, and third parties. However we may at our discretion.
• Retaining your sign-in information, including email address, username, password, and more, is your responsibility. Please keep your passwords confidential.
• We retain the right to refuse any user access to SoTelling for any reason at our reasonable discretion. SoTelling has the right to terminate abusive accounts of any user in its sole discretion and with no notice to the user. SoTelling may terminate or suspend access to its Services and/or website and app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service. • You understand that content you post will be visible to other Users.
• You understand that communications you send will be visible to the Users you send it to.

• While we aim for all users, advertisers, and third parties to agree to these terms, We are not responsible for the use or misuse of your content by them. You agree to not hold us liable for any negative outcome – such as loss or damage of any kind – should this occur.
• We are not meant to be a storage facility – and you will not rely on us as one. You will back up your own content and communication.
